Meet The Founder
Tebogo Moatshe
Tebogo Moatshe, born and raised in Mamelodi, knows what it means to start where you are. In 2003, she stepped boldly into entrepreneurship – driven by vision and unstoppable faith. She formally registered her business with CIPRO (now CIPC) in 2004 and has built a trusted business legacy over 21 years that proves women can shake tables, break ceilings, and build with purpose.
For me, entrepreneurship is a pathway to economic freedom, social mobility, and generational change in communities where opportunities are not equally distributed. It is not about replacing one system with another – it is about creating new pathways and proving that when women gather, they build.
Why Mzansi Women Expo Exists:
Two decades later, I launched Mzansi Women Expo so no woman walks her journey alone. This is more than an expo – it is a movement where women sell with confidence, collaborate, share real stories, form a strong sisterhood, and invest in large, untapped opportunities as a unit. Together, we shake tables and leave a permanent mark in the hearts and economic sphere of women-owned businesses.
My Vision:
My vision is to build the largest, most trusted circle of purpose-driven women who change the game – not just for themselves but for the next generation.
“My journey is proof that we can come from places people forget – and still build a future nobody can ignore. Mzansi Women Expo is my promise to every woman: you have a seat here, you have sisters here, and you will never build alone again. Together, we will shake tables, open doors, and multiply our wealth and impact. This is our time – and our mark will be permanent.”
